Had a good trip on our last 2 day inshore special. First day stated off slow with wind against tide on the fluke grounds but we did manage a few nice ones. From there we went to the hard bottom and had great sea bass fishing with a bunch of quality knot heads. Around mid day we took a ride off to the cod grounds and picked a few fish every drift and a mess of ling too. There were some dogs around but they never got really bad. Then we headed into block island for the night. All the guys got cleaned up and went out to dinner and returned to the boat and caught a bunch of squid before turning in for the night. The next day we fished from block to Montauk and put together another good mess of seabass and jumbo porgys a bunch of nice fluke and a striped bass. Bass fishing was slowest for us with tough drifting conditions but everything else made it another good day.
