Fri May 31 - Striped Bass/ Fluke Charter

Capt Carl reports a lot of action on the Fivestar charter this morning. We started jigging up Bluefish and had 1 keeper Bass. After that we switched to Fluke where we had a lot of action with keepers up to 8 lbs. We also had a bunch of SeaBass that were returned unharmed! The crew thanks the great group of guys onboard!!

Mon May 20 - 2 Day Georges Bank Cod/Haddock/Pollock

2 Day Georges Bank Cod/Haddock/Pollock
5/17/19-5/19/19
Capt Steven Jr reports that we got down to George's this weekend and honestly it was a really tough grind. Day one the open bottom was dead and it wasn’t until early afternoon before we found a couple Cod and some Haddock on the wrecks. The second day we went strictly wreck fishing and had better action and found a handful of Cod and jumbo Cunners on all the wrecks but not any great numbers. The weather was beautiful but the full moon tide made fishing the wrecks tough. Hopefully some bait and life moves into the open bottom areas and things improve.
Due to the weather this weeks Tile/Cod trip has been canceled but the weekend weather is looking good and we have openings for inshore charters. So grab some buddies and come enjoy the holiday weekend on the water.
Give us a call at the office for openings and trip info (631)668-5700.
